2˝ cups sifted flour
1˝ cups sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 cup buttermilk
1˝ cups oil (1 cup butter flavored oil and ˝ cup regular oil)
1 tsp. vinegar
2 eggs
1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioner’s sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Sift together dry ingredients. Add other ingredients in order and mix thoroughly. Bake in layer cake pans that have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
