2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250ºF. Line 24 muffin cups with muffin liners.
2. In a large bowl, combine flours, the brown sugar, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Add buttermilk, molasses, and raisins; mix well. Spoon equally into prepared muffins cups.
3. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
