2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups oats, regular or quick cook
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted 10min. @ 350 in oven

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add the eggs, almond extract and vanilla and beat well. In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add dry mixture to creamed mixture in two lots. Mix well, batter will be stiff. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Drop by the tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. Makes 50-60 cookies.
