14 oz. coconut
2 cups pecans, chopped
1 stick butter

Filling:
3 (9") graham cracker crusts
16 oz. cool whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 large bottle Smuckers caramel topping

Melt butter on medium heat in skillet. Add coconut and pecans. Cook until golden brown. Stirring constantly. Set aside and let cool.

Filling:
In a large bowl, mix cool whip, cream cheese and condensed milk. Set aside.

Pour the caramel topping over the bottom of each pie crust. Pour cool whip mixture on top of caramel in each of the pie crusts. Then sprinkle coconut mixture over the top of each pie. Drizzle caramel topping over the top of each pie and freeze. Must keep frozen.
