3 Cups shredded hash brown fresh or frozen, thawed.
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 Large eggs, beaten
8 oz evaporated milk or half and half
1 cup diced onion
3/4 cup grated Swiss Cheese or Gruyere Cheese
3/4 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 450º. In large bowl combine the potatoes, butter, salt, pepper. Pour into a buttered 9 inch pie plate; press the potatoes on the bottom and up the sides to form a crust. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Lower heat to 350º. In a large mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients. When the crust is ready, pour in the egg mixture. Return to 350º oven. Bake for about 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
