3/4 cup oil
1 1/4 cups flour
8 cups water
2 packages Baca Red chili
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Blend oil with flour to make a roux. Saute until light brown. Cool a little and add 4 cups water and Baca Red chili. Blend well. Add 4 more cups water, salt and vinegar. Cook until thick.
