One cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1 1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp. light corn syrup
2 tsp. cocoa powder
1/4 cup bourbon (or to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wafers, pecans, 1 cup of sugar, and cocoa in mixing bowl.
Blend syrup and bourbon in small bowl then add wafer mixture and stir well.
Roll into balls, roll balls onto a plate of remaining 1/3 cup of sugar to coat, and enjoy!
