* 1 lb wieners (cut up like pennies)
* 2 TBS butter
* 1 Lrg onion
In the crock-pot stir in;
* 2 cups boiling water
* 2 Lrg potatoes diced
* 2 Lrg carrots diced
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp thyme
* 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
About a 1/2 hour before serving, add & stir in;
* 1 can of evaporated milk
* 1 can of kernel corn - niblets?
* 1 can of cream corn (optional)

Brown 1st 3 ingredients in frying pan:
In the crock-pot stir in next 6 ingredients.
About a 1/2 hour before serving, add & stir in last 3 ingredients.
Tip: Mom suggested to heat the last 3 canned ingredients to desired temperature before adding.
