1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Sift dry ingredients. Mix all ingredients together. Drop on cookie sheet with a teaspoon and bake about 15 minutes at 400º.
