1 3/4 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1 C. soft margarine
1 t. vanilla
1 egg - separated - reserve the white
1/2 C. nutmeats - chopped fine
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except egg white and nuts.
Pat dough out on greased jelly roll pan.
Beat egg white until frothy and brush over dough - sprinkle nuts on top.

Bake at 275 degreesmfor 1 hr 10 min or until golden brown.
Store in tightly covered container.
