3/4 C. margarine
1 C . sugar
2 eggs
1 t. lemon juice
2.5 C. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 4 ingredients.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Combine together.
Chill 1 hour.
Rollout and cut into shapes.
Bake at 400 degrees 6-8 minutes.
