1 pkg. (12 oz. about 2 cups) Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 - 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 cups chopped walnuts
1 - 10 oz. pkg. mini marshmallows (about 6 cups)

Directions:
In a heavy sauce pan melt chocolate morsels, condensed milk, and butter over low heat; In large bowl combine nuts and marshmallows; mix well; Fold in chocolate mixture; spread in foil lined buttered lightly 13 x 9 pan; chill for 2 hours; remove from pan and cut into pieces; cover and store at room temperature in an air tight container.
