1 pint sour cream
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. peppermint oil
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
little salt
flour to make soft dough
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together; add flour as needed to make sure dough is soft. Bake right away 400º F for 7-8 minutes.
