6 egg separated
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup sugar
egg white
1 pint cream
1 pint of milk
1 pint whiskey
1 oz. rum

Directions:
Beat separately yolk and whites; add sugar to yolk while beating; add sugar to beaten egg whites; beat until stiff; mix egg white with yolks and fold in; stir in cream and milk; add whiskey and rum stir thoroughly; serve in frosted glass with nutmeg on top.

This recipe belonged to Evelyn and was passed down to Grandma Clara Ready. Evelyn was Grandpa Michael Ready's sister. This drink can be made without alcohol as well.
