2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 large smashed bananas
3/4 cup of milk
2 tbsp. vinegar
nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in large bowl flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; mix together in med bowl sugar, oil, vanilla and bananas; mix together to make sour milk vinegar and milk.
Add sour milk to sugar mixture then add this to flour mixture; mix well and pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 350º F for 1 hour or until bread it done.

This recipe was given to Barbara by her daughter Angie Verley. Angie received the recipe from a friend Dinah. It is the best banana bread recipe as it is moist and very delicious. Can add nuts if desired.
