4 cups flour
1 tsp. slat
1 yeast cake
3 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup luke warm water
1 cup warm milk


Filling #1:
1 pint sour cream
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla


Cream Filling #2:
2 cups sweet or sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs


Filling #3:
2 cup curd cottage cheese
3/4 sugar (1/2 into mixture other 1/2 to sprinkle on top)
1/2 cup thick sour cream
3 eggs


Topping:
3/4 cup cottage cheese
4 tbsp. sweet sour cream
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and shortening like pie crust; add sugar; dissolve yeast in luke warm water; add yeast, milk, and eggs to flour mixture; mix and let rise overnight in refrigerator; roll out as soon as taken out of refrigerator; let rise for 1 hour in pans.


Filling#1:
Cook filling until thick; pour over layer of fruit; sprinkle with cinnamon; Bake 375º F for 20-25 minutes.


Cream Filling #2:
Heat cream; beat eggs, sugar and flour; mix in cinnamon and cook until thick with fruit; sprinkle with cinnamon and bake.


Filling #3:
Mix well; pour over crust (sprinkle remain sugar and cinnamon over filling; Bake 375º F for 20-25 minutes.


Topping:
Blend cottage cheese, sweet sour cream, egg and sugar.


Topping rule:
1 egg equal amount of sweet cream stir well together; pour over filling sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
