8 cups sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. salt
3 cups cocoa
2 cups shortening

This recipe can be stored in canister; Mix sugar, cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt; cut in shortening and mix well; store at room temperature;
Mix:
2 cups mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup nuts

Mix together and bake in 9 inch square pan at 425º F for 15 minutes.
