7-8 lbs of Lamb cut in skewer size pieces
Do not use chicken, pork or beef because of the fat content
3/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup vinegar
3 whole cloves garlic chopped
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
scant tsp. mint (dried flakes)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano

Mix ingredients with meat rub; seasoning the lamb; stand in refrigerator overnight; then barbecue; serve with Italian bread or take flour tortilla shells fry in hot oil; have a platter of Parmesan cheese ready and remove shells from oil and coat shell immediately; fill with meat
