2 1/2 lbs Monterrey Jack Cheese
2 (4 oz.) cans Green Chili
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup flour

Cut cheese into 2 inch strips; layer cheese and 2 chilies making several layers in an oblong 2 1/2 qt casserole dish; beat eggs, milk, flour and salt together; pour over cheese and chilies; Bake 350 º F for 40-45 minutes.
