24 mushrooms
8 tbsp. butter
3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems; finely chop stems; saute stems in butter until tender about 6-8 minutes; stir in bread crumbs, soup mix and almonds; stuff firmly into caps; place on greased cookie sheet and bake 425º F for 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese
