3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1 8 oz. can sliced peaches (drained)
1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
In 8 inch round foil pan melt butter; stir together brown sugar and coconut; put even on bottom of pan; arrange peach slices over coconut; mix cake according to package on box; spread carefully over peaches; place on grill over coals;secure another pie tin over cake with clothes pins. Place charcoal on top (8 coals) Bake 350º F 40-45 minute until done; cool 2 minutes in pan. Invert on plate to serve.
