1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup boiling coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped dates
1 12 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Pour hot coffee and soda over dates. Let stand. Cream butter and sugar then add egg. Add date mixture, flour, nuts and vanilla.Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 350º F for 35 minutes.
