3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 12 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg (freshly grated)
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup drained crushed pineapple
1 cup nuts
1 cup raisins

Beat eggs, butter, shortening, sugar, vanilla, till thick and foamy. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour 2 bread pans. Bake 350º F for 1 hour. Test by sticking toothpick into middle and it comes out clean.
