Personal Notes:
I am really rough on the measurement for this recipe because I do it by how it looks to me. Rosebank Cafe in Kiawah used to serve a slaw like this and would not give me the recipe, so I made one up. I like it because it is creamy, but the turnips and horseradish give it a kick. It is kind of a production, so I usually break out the Cuisinart food processor, a mandoline, or beg Uncle Bill to do all the chopping, then I take the credit;-0
