2 cans asparagus spears
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 stalk parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 onion, grated
1 large can mushrooms
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
*1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, pepper and parsley in butter for 3 minutes. Add seasoning and flour and some liquid from the aspargus. Stir unitl thick.

Butter a casserole dish and add *bread crumbs. Layer asapargus, add sauce, add mushrooms. Repeat layers ending with bread crumbs. Bake at 350º for 1/2 hour.

*Use Gluten Free Flour and Gluten Free bread crumbs to make this recipe GF.
