2 cups water
1 can beef broth
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green chili
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 (4 oz.) package grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 avocado
1 can chicken broth
1 undrained can stewed tomatoes
2 pounds chicken cubed
1 drained can corn
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup crushed tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, broths, tomatoes, onions and pepper to boil. Add chicken, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add corn and seasonings and simmer, covered for 10 more minutes. Top with chips, cheese and avocado chunks.
