4 eggs, well beaten with mixer
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup melted margarine or butter
1/3 cup Hersheys cocoa
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 pound package marshmallows

Frosting:
5 tablespoons milk
1/3 cup cocoa
1 stick margarine or butter
1 pound box sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar gradually and beat well. Add flour, salt and blend in melted butter that is cool to lukewarm, add cocoa, nuts, and vanilla. Spread in large greased and floured pan (10 1/2"x 15 1/2"). Bake at 350° for 40 minutes turn oven off. Have 1 pound package large marshmallows cut in half and place cut side down on cake as soon as it is removed from the oven. Cover well with marshmallows and return to oven for 4 minutes. Remove and press marshmallows solid over cake. Cool and ice.

Frosting:
Bring to boil milk, cocoa and one stick margarine or butter. Add box sifted powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat smoothly and spread over marshmallows. Let set one hour or more before cutting into squares.
