1/2 pound butter
3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 cups sifted flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and baking powder gradually and mix until smooth and well blended. Pat down into it an ungreased 8" or 9" round or square cake or pie pan. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes or until a delicate tan color. Cut into small squares or rectangles when cool. This makes a delightful cookie.
