3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans
1/4 cup brandy optional
1/2 cup dark karo corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, salt, butter, cream, sugar, and corn syrup. Then stir in the vanilla and pecans. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

Donna and I go way back. She lived next door to me when we were growing up in Biloxi, Mississippi. She was in our wedding, and we will always be friends. The whipping cream makes this pie extra rich. I love it!
