1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 3/4 cups canned pumpkin
1 baked 9 inch pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pumpkin. Cook over medium heat and bring to a full boil. Remove from heat, add pumpkin and then cook for another 5 minutes. Pour mixture into baked pie shell and chill. Can top with whipped cream.
