1/3 cup shopped walnuts
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 T all purpose flour
1 T cinnamon

11/4 cups sugar
1/3 cup canola oil
2 large eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
11/2 cups buttermilk
1 T vanilla

In small mixing bowl combine walnuts, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir to mix well. Coat a 12 cup bundt pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of the walnut mixture into pan and set the remaining walnut mixture aside. Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl or Bosch combine sugar and oil. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each egg. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well mixed. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture alternately with the buttermilk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix well after each addition.
Set aside 2 cups batter. pour remaining batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining walnut mixture over batter. Pour reserved 2 cups batter over walnut mixture. Bake 45-55 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing
