2 T yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 T sugar
5 cups hot tap water
7 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup cooking oil
2/3 cup honey or molasses
2 T salt
5-6 cups more whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle yeast in warm water. Do not stir; add sugar. Combine hot tap water and 7 cups whole wheat flour in Bosch and mix on low speed while you combine oil, honey, and salt in a separate bowl. Add honey mixture in Bosch mixing bowl and mix until well blended. When yeast is on top of the water add to ingredients in mixing bowl. Add 5-6 cups more of whole wheat flour. Let dough knead on low speed for 10 minutes. Use 4 large or 6 small greased loaf pans. Let bread rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
