1 egg
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Stir until sugar, eggs and vanilla are well mixed into peanut butter. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Press lightly with a fork to make a surface pattern and flatten. Bake 15 minutes at 300º or until golden brown.
