4 separated eggs
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup Swans Down flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream egg yokes and sugar and beat well. Add orange juice, salt and beat, add flour and continue beating. Beat egg whites until frothy, add baking powder and beat well until stiff, fold into first mixture and bake in Angel Food cake pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°. Turn upside down and let cool before removing from pan.
