4 1/2 tsp yeast
2 1/2 cups water
2 T sugar
1 T salt
1 T oil
5-6 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Make sure water is 110º- 115º. Mix together in Bosch to get a good bread consistency. Cover and let raise until double, about 2 hours. Punch down. Divide in 3. Roll each part out into rectangle. Roll up jellyroll style. Cut slits on top. Let rise another hour. Brush with egg. Bake at 375º 25 minutes until golden brown.
