4-5 Cups potatoes diced
2 cups carrots sliced
1 cup celery diced
1 med onion chopp
2 cups ham chopped
4 cubes chicken bouillon
1 T dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/2 lb Velveeta or cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 8 ingredients to a boil in the 21/2 cups water and simmer for 25 minutes, Do not drain. In another pan over medium heat melt 1/2 cup butter, add 1/4 cup flour whisking together. Whisk in 2 cups of milk gradually. Mixture will thicken. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Add cheese sauce to the veggies and ham, stir until combined.
