1 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbsp. Cornmeal
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Melted Butter or Oleo
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Lemon Rinds, Grated
1/4 Cup Milk
4 Eggs
1 Unbaked 9 Inch Pie Shell

Directions:

Combine sugar, flour, cornmeal and salt. Add butter, lemon juice, lemon rind and milk. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
