4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
4 cans canned milk
4 teaspoons lemon extract
4 teaspoons lemon juice
4 cups sugar
4 teaspoons vanilla
1 (12 oz.) package lemon Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 graham cracker pie crust for 9"x13" pan

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Whip cream cheese and add sugar. Whip milk stiff and add to cream cheese mixture. Add lemon juice extract and Jell-O. Mix well then pour into the graham cracker crust. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to an hour or until set.
