1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons Hershey's cocoa
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup hot water-not boiling
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients until all lumps are out. Pour into greased and floured cake pan and bake 45 minutes at 350°.
