Pomegranates (4 cups juice)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 box Sure Gel
5 to 6 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Juice fruit and let sit in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours. The milky stuff in the bottom is bitter so do not use this. Use the top part and discard the bottom. Then take 4 cups juice, 1/4 cup lemon juice, one box Sure Gel. (NOTE: If your juice is tart, don't add lemon juice. If too sweet add the lemon juice). Put juice and Sure Gel in pot stirring constantly. Bring to full boil. Add 5 to 6 cups sugar and bring back to a full rolling boil for 2 minutes. Pour this mixture through panty hose to strain. Best if strained twice. Please don't use the crotch!!!! Sorry, couldn't resist putting that in for a good laugh!!!
