Directions:
In a large bowl add flour and cinnamon, stir well. In another bowl put yeast and sugar together, add this to 1/2 cup warm water, let stand and don't stir until it becomes bubbly. In another bowl, add 2 cups scalded milk and 2 cubes of butter. Mix well until butter is dissolved. Add 1 cup sugar, mix well. Then add eggs and vanilla. Mix all well. Then add flour mixture and mix well. Add chopped pecans and raisins, it should be a little sticky. Spray pan with Pam and put dough in; turn over and cover with Saran Wrap then a tea towel. Let it double in size and punch down at least twice, then roll out into a rectangle. Spread two sticks of soft butter all over top of dough. Then sprinkle with cinnamon first then with brown sugar. Roll them and cut 1 1/2 inches thick, put in pan. Let rise. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Mix some powdered sugar and a little milk, drizzle over warm rolls.

Personal Notes:
I've made a lot of cinnamon rolls and by far these are the very best, but anything Onieta makes is the best!
