6 cups squash
1 1/4 cups green onions
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) package of bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the squash and green onions for 15 minutes in a pot of water then drain. Add sour cream, chicken soup and shredded carrots. Add the whole package of bread crumbs to 1/4 cup butter. Layer in casserole dish, half of crumb mixture on bottom, then all of squash mixture followed by half of crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
