1 pound large mushrooms
2 green onions
1 package shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
3 tablespoons dried breadcrumbs
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Chop stems very fine and mix with onions, cheese, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic salt, oregano and breadcrumbs. Melt butter, add Tabasco and 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Put small amount inside each mushroom cap. Add remaining butter to chopped mushrooms, mix well and stuff caps with the mixture. Bake in 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
