6 cups boiling water
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups butter
1 pound American or VELVEETA cheese
3 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups quick grits
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
6 drops TABASCO sauce
1 can chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits with 1 teaspoon salt and water until thick. Add cheese, butter, and seasonings and cook until cheese is melted. Then slowly add eggs and green chilies. Bake at 250° uncovered for one hour in greased casserole.
