2 pounds jumbo shrimp
2 onions, sliced
1/8 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
6 tablespoons catsup
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
3 drops of red pepper sauce
2 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp in boiling water with the onions, lemon slices and oregano for 3 minutes. Drain, shell and de-vein shrimp. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the hot shrimp and marinate for 3 to 4 hours. The shrimp should be just covered with the mixture. Cook the shrimp over hot coals on small grill or hibachi or under the broiler until tender, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately as an appetizer or can be served as a main dish.
