1 pound ground cooked chicken giblets
1 cup finely cut celery
1 cup finely cut onions
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 finely cut garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon rosemary leaves
1 (# 2) can tomatoes
1 (# 1) can tomato paste
1/4 cup Sauterne wine or sweet wine, as needed
Salt and pepper to taste
Pepper to taste
1 pound cooked spaghetti
1 1/2 pounds shrimp, cleaned and cooked
1/2 stick butter, or as needed
Shredded Parmesan cheese, as needed

Directions:
Braise first six ingredients until brown, mix tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer 4 hours. Blend in wine and seasonings. Combine with spaghetti. Simmer 20 minutes. Cook shrimp and butter 5 minutes stir into spaghetti mixture. Simmer 5 minutes more. Put in buttered casserole. Top with generous portions of cheese. Bake at 350° until hot.
