6 stalks celery
1 onion
1 package bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts sliced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 round steak

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak into very thin bite-size slices and fry in butter hot and fast, just until your meat is as done as you like it. Then add uncooked vegetables, except for bean sprouts. Fry up for a short time, add soup, cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Add bean sprouts, cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over noodles or cooked rice.
