Sauce:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can diced green chilies
1/2 teaspoon salt

Filling:
2 cups longhorn grated cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Corn tortillas
1 cup cooking oil
Extra sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sauce ingredients and heat. Next mix cheese and onions together. Dip tortillas in hot oil to soften. Put a spoonful of sauce and cheese and roll. Pour remaining sauce over and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

Many of our younger generations doesn't cook often today. To tell you the truth, I can't understand how they get away with not cooking. Fast foods and eating out often sets a bad example of unhealthy eating habits for our children. In addition, it doesn't teach them how to cook. Try getting your children involved in the kitchen and make it a fun activity!
