2 tablespoons butter
2 pounds of ground beef
4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon pepper
2 large onions chopped
2 teaspoons salt
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 cup sliced ripe olives
1 (28 oz.) package elbow macaroni
2 cups cubed American cheese
1 cup shredded longhorn cheese
Chili powder, to taste

Directions:
Melt butter, add meat, onions and brown. Blend tomato sauce, water, pepper, salt, chili powder and garlic; simmer for 15 minutes. Add cheese and olives and melt cheese. Boil macaroni in salted water until just tender, drain and combine with sauce. Pour into casserole dish, top with shredded longhorn or cheddar cheese, about a cup of shredded cheese. Bake 350° until cheese melts and is heated through.
