Corn tortillas
Margarine
Las Palmas mild enchilada sauce*
Grated cheese
Green onions, chopped
Green chilies, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Warm corn tortillas in margarine until all soft and bubbly. Put into heated enchilada sauce and place flat in casserole dish. Top with grated cheese and green onions. Continue one at a time, then pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and heat thoroughly in 350° oven uncovered about 15 to 20 minutes. If desired add chopped green chilies .

*One small can enchilada sauce is enough for about six enchiladas (Las Palmas mild enchilada sauce is best).
